@Steve Iwanowski I created our summary in a Google Doc and I think it might be helpful to share out updates to a Doc that the users need to login to view. This ensures interested members are checking to be sure they have a login on a regular basis.

We should create a "how to" video for people to watch that outlines how to access the library.

I think a video is a good idea, and we can add that into one of the Quick Link or Resources pages.

To me, the purpose of the public monthly "what's changed" topic is to both refresh existing users of recent activity and catch new users who didn't realize the library existed or never saw a benefit until that moment.

When I run my script for 6/30 - 8/1, I get the following summary of activity:

        1) Sage Pre-Sales Roundtable webinar and files (7/11/2025)
        2) Sage 100 2025 PU1
        3) 90Minds July 2025 Town Hall webinar and files (7/30/2025)
        4) New or updated KB articles
            - Sage 100 Track Lot Code Source
            - Evaluating Erisana: A Script-Based Credit Card Processing Alternative for Sage 100
            - Summary of Discussion on Sage 100 Automatic Logoff
            - What Are The Configuration Options Needed for SQL Server with Sage 100 Premium

So, I guess the question is, should I post anything to Higher Logic or do we want to gate-keep it?

I only did the files in the 90 Minds Knowledgebase - essentially Google Docs that we created - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1K97LSvJCrS0f1sR8VspCiIAZgARHY6uf?usp=drive_link

I didn't pick up any of the file storage.

I'll defer to the group's decision on whether to gate the content or continue to provide it freely. My concern is that if we don't require members to log in to access the content library, many won't bother, and when they need it, they'll likely request urgent support, stating they don't know how to access the library and asking for assistance.

Oh, I absolutely think the Content Library itself needs to be behind security, but I think the Recent Activity posts should be public to tease them. I can put the access instructions / links right in my post, so hopefully that helps.
