Joy ... a Sage Partner Portal upgrade. Although I dread sitting through another portal webcast, I still want to register but the links in the invitation are busted. Does anyone have a link directly to the webcast center or catalog?

That's funny. I received the email on Friday and the link worked. I debated, do I want to sit through a webinar on it?? Then when I clicked on the link, I saw it was a TWO hour webinar and decided no. Unfortunately, now the link does not work, sorry Brian!

When I clicked on the link it didn't work for me either. Now @ThereseLogeais you are saying it is a two hour session on how to use the Portal? Do they think we have nothing else to do and what could they show us in 2hours??? Did that much change?

Given the opportunity, @ThereseLogeais , I probably would have arrived at the same conclusion.

If we could get at least one person to volunteer to sit through this and write up a summary it would probably save us all some time.

I'm registered and the calendar is open for the two hours (!) following the start of the meeting. Even though I will try my best, I can't be relied upon to stay awake and take notes for two hours.

For the most part, my notes are snarky: use the portal to analyze your customers (if you don't use ERP or CRM)

I thought it was good not great but good. We are going to be able to customize most of the screens - take fields out and put other fields in. The screens look cleaner and you can download to excel and email some of the information now. You still can use the wild card, but also have the ""is and contains"" as other options. The Knowledgebase has not been changed. All browsers are compatible so they say! This change is only for the partners portal not the customers portal. There will be help video's under help. You will be able to edit a support ticket . I took screen shots and pasted them into a evernote document but they are not in order. The webcast was only 45 min.
