Look at each of these -- if there is no overall product growth -- aka Sage 300 -- assume it's because the news is bad.

I have heard that they are preparing to spread some $$ around for some extra marketing efforts around to things other than just X3.

X3 is going insane. If you want an eye-opener, talk to some of the partners that are selling it. It's almost like the 90s are back.

  • 27.  RE: Joe Langner webcast - partner recognition

    Posted 08-15-2013 09:51
I think Mark Chinsky hit the nail on the head - a lot of this *could* be focus meaning if every lead is channeled to X3 then you start to see lots of deals. I do not know if this is true -- might not be but I think it makes some sense.

Shit - highest ERP X3 revenues win a trip. What do the other ERP partners win?

  • 29.  RE: Joe Langner webcast - partner recognition

    Posted 08-15-2013 09:53
At first I thought X3 growth was predominantly fueled by the migrations team but ... no ... I've been told by Drew Macbeth who is extremely trustworthy that migrations are being spread pretty evenly.

  • 30.  RE: Joe Langner webcast - partner recognition

    Posted 08-15-2013 09:53
Back to my previous comment to @PeterWolf - if you're focussed on building X3 to the detriment of other products -- what do you expect (Answer: Higher ERP X3 license sales).

It is odd that they skip NYC. Do you think it's a cost issue? I would think it would be hugely attended given the city density.

The stars on the map appear to represent partner sponsored shows -- wonder if that means Sage is providing a speaker to a partner customer conference.

Subscribers have a higher net promoter score ... how does Doug know that correlates to subscription or not? Seems like an assumption, doesn't it? It could be that they are newer customers and the bloom is still on the rose.

If 5 ERP sales in a month is your definition of gangbusters then I guess...
