  • 1.  JobOps Website is gone...

    I am so freaking annoyed right now, I can't even think clearly.  The JobOps Website is gone, and when you try to access it takes you to the Scanco Portal.  And even with credentials I requested and received, none of the JobOps Content is readily available on this new Partner Playbook page.  I can't find a list of our clients with their modules, maintenance dates or next renewal fees; I can't register for unlocking keys; I can't download manuals; I can't download software, product updates or hot fix files; and I can't search the knowledgebase.  

    I am so annoyed right now... and you know I have a large Go Live for Sage 100c Manufacturing tomorrow morning.

    It seems to be back now in its entirety, plus Scanco links.  Are you able to get there?  If not let me know if you need something.

    you can get directly there by using:  http://portal.jobops.com/
    And, if your explorer view set "just right" you can actually see the link on the Scanco Page.  My explorer view was set to 100%, and it was not visable.
