    JobOps Knowledgebase I don't often need to access this (never?), but I just did. What a mess! Impossible to reasonably search for anything. I think Sage's is better that this.

    I agree! A while ago I was trying to find a list of individual fixes that were released for one of the earlier 2016 versions and it was impossible. I was told I had to search on ""2016 only"" to find what I needed and then I still got more info than I actually wanted.

    It's incentive to know that the end user always needs the developer. I also found this with V-Technologies. They always claim and issue is documented somewhere but good luck finding it. Ultimately became cheaper for sanity to just have V-Tech do their own upgrade or install.

    I recently challenged support when they supplied me an answer that they say was in the knowledge-base. Turns out the key index was not correct, so it would be impossible to find if searching the database. They said they would fix the key. This was on Tuesday. I'm wondering if they rebuilt all keys, which would resolve the issue many of us experience or they did a one-off fix for that particular article?
