    I got a call from Laura today that since I downloaded it Friday I needed to download it again because they fixed a problem and uploaded a new version on the web site WITH THE EXACT SAME FILE NAME. I thought we had cured them of this folly...

    It's the programmer equivalent of the 5-sec rule: if you replace the file on the same day of release you don't have to change the release #.

    I understand the frustration, but Synergistic knows who downloads (unless you put in a bogus e-mail), and they contacted those people - probably not many. I'm happy they met the end of January target.
