  • 1.  Job Log in 2019 Adv

    This is before there are setup options re the Job Log - I am working on a Cash Receipt import and the job log keeps showing the activity from a prior import.  How do I clear it out so it shows me the correct import?  It is stuck on a prior file and it doesn't matter if I preview or import, it does not show me the data from the file it's pointing at.  I even moved the old file so there was no possibility of it somehow finding it.

    Try making a copy of your cash receipt import and running the copy.

    I actually ended up purging all of the log files (this was a test server), and it's now working correctly.  Definitely something I need to remember.
