**Update on this - have opened a case with Sage. Learned that rebuilding JC sort files prompts to recalculate Unbilled Amount (and WHY would they need that?) but either doesn't work at all, or it's fixing the total on the JC_JobCostCode file instead of the individual amounts in the JC_JobCostCodeDetail file (the JC_JobCostCode file is correct). We've verfied that the Billed field in the transaction file says NO, so this has nothing to do with that one conversion error that mistakenly changed those fields. In addition, it only seems to be affecting the totals of activity that happened AFTER the conversion. So far have not been able to make it happen at will. OF COURSE.

Nope. I don't think that Unbilled takes that into account, anyway.

Strange Did they accidentally post the costs in a future period?

It's only this one cost code. The other cost codes that existed should have also had it happen, right? The odd thing is that this one had all of the activity SINCE the upgrade.

I wonder if you copied the live company to a test company and ran the Job Cost 'Restore Job History" for that job if the information would be there. Someone may have accidentally closed the job then changed the Job Status back to Open.
