  • 1.  Job cost plus job cost history sage intelligence report

    I am writing a report in sage intelligence and have created a new container for the open jobs.  I have now been asked to include the closed jobs as well.  Does anyone have any recommendations on having open and closed jobs in the same report?

    I assume there is a field setting that indicates status.  Can you include this flag in the container then filter?  Just my .02 as I prefer Excel queries or Power Queries(?).....

    Thanks Jeff.  It appears that Sage holds the open jobs in JC_Jobs and CLOSED jobs in JC_JobHistory.  I am checking that again now.

    That is correct. I don't know SI but possibly you need 2 reports.

    If you are using Advanced/SQL you could likely create a view of the data and report off that.

    The jobs in history are the ones that have been archived through job close out report.
