  • 1.  Job Cost 2019.4 period end purges Job History

    Since upgrading from 2017 to 2019 we are finding that anything that was in history is purged when period end is run.  
    Even when the retain history is set to 9 years.  No history is moved to the History files for Completed jobs either.
    Just not understanding why...

    What does Sage say about this one?  This is pretty critical.  Can you replicate in a test company?
