Thanks, Doug. Yes, we're fine. Tues night was a deluge with 3-5"" falling in about 3 hrs in the metro area. We've above normal rains since December which is good for the trees and aquifers. But most of the water fell ~50 miles too far east, missing most of the hill country and the dams we rely on; they're still only 40% of capacity. This last storm did, at least, drop a few inches in that watershed.

Glad to learn all is well. Saw on the news there were tornadoes everywhere, particularly around Norman.

Oh, now I see. I live in Austin TX; we get big thunderstorms but only rarely a tornado nearby. Although I was a meteorologist for nearly a decade, I never got to forecast for Oklahoma - despite my name!

For some reason I thought you were in Oklahoma... Maybe it was your name. Glad you got some rain anyway.
