@JeffSchwenk can you provide an update on: a. The instructors who've RSVP'd Scripting: - Myron, Dan, Alnoor were being considered - Sage MAS Intelligence (Erik -- I believe he has RSVP'd) - SageCRM - Peter - Value Pricing - John Shaver b. The members who've RSVP'd (just total # excluding instructors) In order to announce this as a confirmed event I would like to see us have the instructors locked down and 8-10 confirmed 90 Minds members (not counting instructors).

Myron, Dan and Alnoor are on for Scripting. Will work with them regarding who is doing what. Alnoor has been doing presentations for various firms and already has a presentation. Will develop a program around that. Erik is on for SMI. Do we want do a session on Biznet? Have not talked specifically with Peter and John regarding their presentations. Expect to touch base with them within a day or two. Have been working on the attendees. Will post an update shortly.

Thanks - when we go to the group I want to be sure we're clear that this is a confirmed agenda, presenters, etc. If we have three scripting folks we may even want to re-think/expand that portion of the program. My opinion is not to do Biznet here if we can get Erik to present. You can ask the group though as It hink we'll have limited time. I would also still like to have the last day be a certification brainstorm session where everyone can pass their remaining certs.

Been working with Jim. Embassy Suite rate is currently $127 prepaid. Breakfast (excellent) included. I believe (need to confirm there is an airport shuttle. We might even get them to shuttle us to DSD.

John Shaver just reaffirmed his participation. He would like to have a conference call in near future to hammer out his presentation.

Jeff - if you want to hammer out high-level scope for the CRM presentation, how does the week of the 26th look for a call? I've got a ton that I can cover.

OK, another logistical issue to resolve if we go with the Embassy Suites which I am agreement on. I just called the hotel and we can use their shuttle service to transfport attendees to the DSD training center. HOWEVER, the hotel does not offer a shuttle to the airport. One way ride via cab is about $55. Jim, what are some alternative transports from the airport?

We can use the DSD party bus.

That is a great suggestion but I don't think everyone will be coming in at the same time (or leaving). Won't that be a problem?

@JimWoodhead - Can you post some specific information (name/phone #?) on the Super Shuttle. All I see is the rate in an earlier post (29 One way, 9 for each additional guest) For those of us arriving within 30 minutes of so of each other can meet up for the $9 savings.
