  • 1.  JC Job Transaction Detail Report

    Is the JC Job Transaction Detail Report supposed to contain all of the detailed transactions for a job?  If you look at the EEC test company job maintenance for job EEC2140 tab 4, I don't see the job billing amounts on the report.  if I print for a range of transaction dates, I would like to see the total amounts billed so I can determine profit for a specific date range.  I know EEC2140 is a contract job however we should be able to see the accrued revenue.

    I'm not sure why the Job Transaction Detail report does not include revenue. All of the detail records for a job are in JC_JobTransactionDetail table if you want to write your own. Keep in mind that there are invoices and payments in that table and the field "BillDetailType" indicates I (invoice) or P (Payment). 

    I wrote a custom report for a client that shows revenue and expenses for jobs. It is not date sensitive, but it might help; I have it attached here.
