Customer upgraded from v2018 to v2023, and complained the customer address wasn't showing up in new jobs. I checked their old v2018, and it did work there... no scripts or enhancements (that I could find)... but on my local v2018 the address does not copy to new jobs.

I wrote a script to do the field copy (so the customer is happy), but I'm curious if there is a hidden option / checkbox somewhere that might have changed during the upgrade (and is off by default in EEC)?
