I created an embeddable Twitter List with all sponsor Twitter accounts and placed that in the upper right corner of our website -
http://community.90minds.com.
Twitter, website and Blog will likely be our three big ""push"" areas as we promote these sponsors (according to their chosen sponsorship level).
If you have any other ideas on additional sponsor data we should collect and include in posts and tweets - let me know.
Also it would be helpful if @PeterWolf could double check the sales contact leads and make sure there is a name, email and phone.
Question: Do we need an ""Event Contact"" field for name/phone/email? Is it possible in some cases there is a separate person managing the event who we may need to communicate with?
