    I've not yet diagnosed this -- but does this ring a bell as being any type of known issue? shipping has an issue with Mas90 or Crystal Reports when the front office prints their invoices after the packing slips have printed and Dave goes back in his printer gets selected to Deferred which screws up Daves printer if he doesn't catch it and change it #printers

    Issue with MAS200 (network security) re ONLY having Deferred Printer as an option, but that doesn't sound exactly like what you have there.

    Turns out the issue was the same printer names not being present on all workstations.
