We use Sage CRM to track everything. Yes, we actually drink the Kool Aid we are selling. But, to make it really work for us we use CRM Accelerator from CRM Together.
Wayne mentioned the time it takes to just create the lead in CRM and that is where we really like the CRM Accelerator product. Emails that come in can be created as a Company, Person, Case, Opportunity or Lead all in one step from the email. We use CRM for our Case Management for both our IT team and the Sage Support team as well. You can Tag emails so they can be auto filed when replies come back and it really exposes all the email conversations to everyone in the organization. I can easily pick up a Lead from somebody else and see what is happening.
