I've got an end-user adding a new module (RMA) to an existing system Sage 100 standard (level 4.5), run the install and get ""The Installed version of the application could not be determined, set up will now terminate"". It is installed correctly at the server - have talked to Sage - we tried
Renamed the Uninstall info folder and ran regcom.exe.
Also tried to rename the file: \MAS90\sy\sy_installation.pvc
still no luck, I think their next recommendation will be to install to another directory, migrate and convert. Which I don't want to have to do. Has anyone ran into this before? or does anyone one know what setting the install routine is looking for to validate the install level? looked at Sy_System.m4t, but it looked correct for version and level.
