General Consultant Discussion

It's survey time. Are you using a remote solution for connecting to customers/end users/remote sites? If so - please share with us what you use, how you like it and what amount you pay. We're also interested in learning how happy you are with it and what other (if any) solution you are considering to replace it. All those who participate in the survey will receive a copy of the results in about a week. Thanks Gary - about 15 people have taken the survey. I'll summarize on Friday and only those people who have taken the survey will receive a PDF of the results. If you've not taken it - please do so now! It is very quick - only 12 questions and two of them are your name and email address. We will be doing more surveys in the future on relevant topics to help members learn how other members are managing similar type situations. Some possible future topics: - Are you recommending customers upgrade - why or why not ? What's your average price (typical customer) - Have you discovered any add-on services that are selling particularly well? - Do you offer support plans to your customers - and if so at what price? Remember participation is key - if you want the results you'll have to be active in the surveys.
