It's officially the summer doldrums with most customers on vacation (or their key people away). However it's a good time to start priming the pump for Fall upgrades.
As of 9/30/13 Sage 100 ERP v4.30 will no longer be supported. Even if the customer doesn't want to upgrade it's good to remind them of the risks of staying at an unsupported level.
My primary risk factor is that Microsoft updates Windows with a feature that Sage 100 isn't compatible with (although except for Paperless I don't think it has happened all that often).
Better safe than sorry I guess -- also as of 12/31 all tax forms (W2, 941, 1099) are Aatrix and I'm pretty certain you'll have to be on a current version to access those forms.
