It's now about a week for Sage to re-generate Extended Solutions for a customer who purchased new user licenses. If you have a customer on 4.3 and you are updating their registration keys - be sure you price in at least a week of babysitting Sage (I've called sales 4 times - been transferred once to support who said call sales. Then email Brad ""What's My Job?"" Smith who essentially said ""bummer dude"".
