They will start arriving tomorrow, according to Post Office delivery estimates.  A few are slated to be delivered on Saturday, and those in Canada in a couple more days.  My apologies for taking so long to get them sent; the events that occurred are stranger than fiction, and I can truly say that the third time is the charm when sending out so many packages at once.
