    It's a weird tech day...got another help request. Client was set up to run MAS200 as a ""remote package"" and is not having errors with one user launching MAS200 today. I assume this is similar to running as a Citrix published app, but not sure. If someone is familar with this, is there a certain way the client needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled? That's usually our first course of action, but I'm stuck since the Target directory reads as ""C:\Program Files\RemotePackages\pvxwin32.rdp"".

    I-BN runs MAS applications in a Citrix environment. The workstation needs to be re-installed/un-installed on the server that the workstation was installed on not on the local machine. Hope that helps.

    .rdp looks like it is running on terminal services and ifso Katrina may be correct. They may also need to remove the user profile on the terminal server if that is corrupted.
