Sage 100

This is the last rock to turn over looking for a miracle. 

Is it possible to set an item with a minimum sales quantity. This is not a unit of measure issue. Customer must order at least 12, but can order 13, 14, 15... Oh, and the price break pricing needs to start at 12. I've looked at scripting and this isn't an option as data needs to sync to Cim Cloud and show the first price break at 12, not 1.

I know nothing that does this in Sage 100.

That table has no way of setting a minimum order quantity, so a Cim Cloud website integrated with sage 100 cannot enforce a minimum order quantity. 

Cim Cloud has great integration with Sage 100. It also means it has some of the same limitations as Sage 100.

If you need custom programming by CIM, I was thinking of the same thing as Dan... if the custom pricing ends up negative, hide the option.  Then script the filter for Sage, and the two systems should be effectively the same.

An alternative to minimum order quantity is to discount lessor quantities so that their discounted extended price is the same as the extended price of the minimum quantity. The formula is independent of price.

The formula for %Discount is: -100*(MinQty/Qty -1) where MinQty is the minimum order quantity (12 in this example) and Qty is the quantity ordered.

Very creative Dan.  Nice idea, and it works with Sage out-of-the-box functionality.  Add a script to convert to the minimum quantity when it hits Sage 100 (maintaining the same ExtensionAmt) to close the loop.
