It may just be me but it seems like there's a never ending pool of end users who do nothing but:
a. Collect upgrade quotes
b. Not reply or even thank you for the quote
c. Contact you in a year and ask for another quote
I'm primarily talking about users who are not customers but find you on the web or may be local to you and request your assistance but never feel a need to pay or make a decision about any proposals.
