    It looks like our printer problems are back. This client is using Sage 100 2016 Advanced on an Amazon cloud server. They are using some Linux terminals and regular PCs. They get the attached printer errors sporadically. We thought that we had beaten the beast back but he reared his ugly head again yesterday. I have worked with Knowledgebase ID # 20264. That seems to work for a while then the problem comes back.

    Have you tried setting the Crystal option for the form to No Printer? See the attached Sage KB article.

    I send this to a client, waiting for their IT to apply the suggested resolution for the Win32error.

    Thanks for the replies. @DougHiggs , that was one of the first things that I tried but it didn't help. It only slowed down the occurrence. @LisaDion, I applied Resolution 1 from the KB article you attached and they have not had any problems yet today. We will continue to monitor the situation.
