It is so quiet today, I thought I would do a v4.4 upgrade. Can't even get past the fricking CD installation...... Server is 2003 r2, symantec endpoint has been disabled. Third try and system still locks up (stops responding) before getting to adding an icon to the desktop. The only information the system gives in the event properties is a hung app description. Installing from the CD. Lots of memory and HD. Server IS running Exchange. Any thoughts?

Sage probably knows about it but doesn't want to panic anyone ... they'd prefer us to tough it out.... 1. Any other PVXWIN running? 2. User rights?

No PVX running at all. In fact, the only thing I coud see was the MAS set up executable. NO visible IO read/writes. Logged in as the administrator. Doing install remotely.

Take the rest of the day off?

Yeah, right....................
