Issue Slow performance in Inventory Management Physical Count Entry with Large Inventory. Physical Count Entry appears to hang when loading in excess of 50,000 Inventory Items. Searching an item via the ""Search Grid"" may take over 10 minutes. Solution or Workaround Target or Version Corrected: 4.50.6.0 A program correction will be introduced in 4.50 Product Update 6 (target available March 2013). However, expected time to load approximate 30,000 items is 4 to 5 minutes. As an alternative, Use Card Count Entry as a solution instead. Tough to use Card Count Entry to make your fix after you've already updated into Physical Count file...

It slows down with fewer than 50k records. Best work around I've found is to narrow the selection at the first physical count entry screen by item range or product line or warehouse (which ever applies). Seems like this is the same issue we have with Activity Log.
