Issue Renumbering an employee increases the employee count for your payroll tier. The following program fixes are available to correct this issue: PR5010T for Sage 100 2017.1 and 2017.2 PR5009T for Sage 100 2016.4 and 2016.5 To download one of these updates, see article ID 84561 in the Sage Knowledgebase.

Per the e-mail sent from Sage to customers, customers are now referred to as ""Audience"". ""Audience"" didn't include Partners since we didn't get the notice except via a relay system from our customers.

** NOTE** This program fix is only to prevent the issue from happening in the future. If you have already exceeded your tier: 1.Install the Program Fix 2.Renumber the current employee back to the original Employee # 3.Then renumber again to the current Employee # If you continue to run into issues after following these steps please contact support

These types of ill thought out programs and bizarre fixes make me think of a new hashtag #SageStupid

I actually received mine directly from Sage at 3:18 PM today. At 3:26 PM, I received a panic email from a client. Of course, they do not have the latest v2016 PU's installed...

@MoiraGoggin Sage didn't update their attachments link to the newest PDF (revision h) but the correct PDF was in the zip file. There was an update to Idaho TTU yesterday.

Why am I not surprised Sage sent out a TTU update with the old file linked?

Because 2015 no longer gets product updates or hot fixes.

Are we sure that its even a problem in v2015? The renumber fix appears to only be related to those specific PUs listed. 2017.1 and 2016.4 is when the release notes added three particular PR subscription related items. Those don't appear in the 2015 PU release notes.
