    Issue with PrintBoss and I am asking for your assistance. Client is unable to print order confirmations. This started yesterday. So in the AM they shut down the server and restarted in the hopes that this situation would be corrected. Packing lists and bill of lading are printing so I guess that something happened to the confirmations. The following message is displayed: ""Bank Data Retrieval errored. Document is incomplete"". They are also having issues printing Invoices. When this happens it locks up the system and they have to shut down all computers.

    @Doug - I would call Wellspring Software support. They are awesome and can help. It sounds like the banks data file is corrupt.

    Thanks @LloydSmith Wellspring was very helpful. It was a corrupted work file. Deleted it and let it get auto-created on the next print.
