Customer uses StarShip and will ship Fed Ex. The tracking information is passed into AR Invoice history tracking tab. However, when they track 'some' packages, iShip will pull up DHL. Odd enough, both DHL and Fed Ex apparently are using the same Tracking Number. Only difference is a -X on the last number. Nonetheless, when we click on tracking, we get the wrong carrier. Sage is telling me to contact iShip. Thought I'd start here, see what the group has seen. Secondarily, are there other options than iShip to manage this functions. Thanks in advance for the feedback.
