What are users on unsupported versions doing for tracking packages in Sage100? Below is what i found on the KB. Is there a way to change the links on the tracking buttons in Sage100?

Beginning February 2023, Sage 100 no longer uses iShip for Package Tracking.

    • Instead of tracking IDs being directed to IShip, tracking IDs are now identified by carrier and re-directed to the carriers tracking site (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL & OnTrac). Package IDs that are not listed are sent to Google package tracking.
    • Sage 100 Package tracking is automatically implemented in all supported versions of Sage 100 - no program updates are required.

There was much discussion around this on Sage City when the issue first arose. In short, the free iShip service used by Sage for package tracking shut down. Sage re-coded the package tracking and released it for supported versions. This leaves those not on a supported version using scripting or a Google search. There does not seem to be any all-in-one package tracking URL that returns tracking results without displaying much advertising.

From memory, I do not think there was a way to manually change the URL that the package tracking used which is why a few people resorted to scripting as an interim solution.

A quick search for "iship" on Sage City and then sorting by most recent will return a lot of different discussions.
