Is this what everyone is seeing for their 2013 certs, or are these duplicates?

I see something different from that. I also see things marked as pending where I have emails saying I have completed everything.

I am not seeing any requirements for assessments. I have my certification marked as ""Certified"" but have not been charged for anything yet.

I'm just not looking...........

I'm just wondering why there are two requirements for 2013 certs? $650 for CRM integration and another $650 for implementation?

I think you only have to pay for one, at least for Sage 100. Don't quote me on that, however...

Can I only ""Like"" Jeff's answer once? @JeffSchwenk yours is a great answer, and that's what all resellers should do, or not.

Oh, and we are now on Day 2 of calling Education for some clarifications with no response, so you can imagine who's at the top of our list of ""Likes"".

This reminds me of trying to call our PSR. (Hellooooo, Sheri Thompson, do you still work for Sage?)

My thought is, what are they going to do? Kick you out? They are so backed (screwed) up, another year will pass before they catch up. And when they do, you just asked for a couple weeks to get it done. I REALLY don't know what is required for my level. I don't have the time to figure out their F'd up system. So when someone does, let's hold a 90 Minds webinar for all to learn about it in 30 minutes....

I just asked my Regional Sales Manager who Education reports to. I heard him asking around and no one knows. I told him they are probably their own entity that no one can touch, and they make up their own rules.

Oh, I doubt that they make up their rules. They were thrown into this mess just like the rest of us.

My interpretation is that it's an either or

After spending the maximum of 5 minutes on SageU site seeing pending and certified, I emailed the generic education address. Celina responded saying I was current for 2013. I am keeping the email in case the rules change without notice.

I'm convinced Celina has favorites. According to @MoiraGoggin she always takes her calls or calls her back.

Perhaps @MoiraGoggin could head up the 90Minds certification group chair!!! Moira, as a test of your abilities, please call Celina and get the scoop on Bottomline. 90 inquirying Minds are dying to know.

@JohnHoyt well yes, Celina takes my calls, we did work together at State of the Art, Inc.! Really @JeffSchwenk if you need me too I'll be more than happy to get the scop on 2013 certs. I will let everyone know that by Dec. 31, 2012 you need to have your Sage CRM Intgeration Test completed for Sage 100 certs. MS9250PE - Sage 100 ERP Integration with Sage CRM Assessment

I've spoken with Celina a number of times, and can usually get a call back within days. Mostly, I find she's just overwhelmed by the sheer volume of calls from the channel... which is understandable when you have a certification program that's run so poorly. I don't think it's her doing, but technology is not being used to help Sage manage this process. Why exams I've already passed don't drop off he list is beyond me. Why duplicates exist, and no one appears to have a clue on whats actually due is also an embarrassment (but in line with our inability to place orders online or obtain details on maintenance renewals).

Gasp! I'm so sorry @MarkKotyla that I didn't open the image you posted prior to responding. Now I feel like a dork for reminding everyone about the CRM cert requirment. Ooops!

Don't feel bad, I didn't know about it either until Celina pointed it out.
