As you know, Sage will be transitioning to the New Sage Certification and Authorization Program for Sage ERP Business Partners, effective November 1, 2011. In order to maintain authorization, all Partners are required to meet the new minimum certification competency role requirements.
As part of this transition, we want to ensure that each Certified Consultant is properly aligned with the appropriate Business Partner to meet the certification requirements. This will also ensure that all support cases associated with the Certified Consultant will be aligned with the appropriate Partner.
With this in mind, we are currently reviewing all of our Certified Consultant records and would appreciate your support to reply and confirm the Business Partner that you are employed with, including the company name, phone number, address, and primary contact. We would also like to confirm your email address.
If you are an Independent Certified Consultant and not employed with a Sage Business Partner, you will continue to maintain your existing account with Sage. If you have completed and maintain at least one of the designated competency roles, you will continue to be certified and entitled to contact Sage Support. However, please note that the certifications held by Independent CCs are not allowed to be used by another Business Partner to meet their certification requirements. If you are an Independent Certified Consultant, we would appreciate your support to reply in order to confirm your status as an Independent CC and your current email address.
