Is this a new addition to the EULA? ""If You acquire an On-Premise Subscription License, You may Use the Software only for the subscription period for which Sage has received Your On-Premise Subscription License fee."" """"On-Premise Subscription License"" means a license to Use the Software and a Service Plan according to this Agreement until the specified term or subscription period ends or Your license or this Agreement is terminated as described herein."" """"Service Plan"" means a plan You purchase separately or acquire as part of the purchase of an On-Premise Subscription License providing You Customer Support and/or Maintenance Software for a specified period.

I spotted this in June - http://erplife.com/2012/08/06/sage-updates-eula-includes-provisions-for-subscription-product-offerings/ Sage either was good at faking it or didn't realize that the online EULA was changed. I've also indicated that it is important for us to point the customer to the EULA since if you install the upgrade and acknowledge on behalf of the customer there could be ""questions"" down the road if a customer finds that they are locked out suddenly.
