Is there tier currently for 100c conversions?

I ""thought"" it was still on. Very hard to track (like all tier credit). What is interesting is that Sage is not pushing the conversion when their business care folks reach out directly to the end user. Just found out last week that a renewal coming due this week (that Sage usually handles) was only offered the perpetual package. So Sage wants to handle renewals directly but they aren't offering a conversion package? I thought it was automatic that 100c was offered.

There are only a handful of people in NA that know how to calculate the tier margins. Not a lot of incentive to sell when you don't know how much money you will make. FOCUS on service.

No, after 12/31/2016 no tier incentive is offered for a conversion from 100. At one time we received $1,500 for each and then it decreased to $1,000 for each. Giving that little tier should have minimal effect on Sage, yet they pulled it. I argued as far up as I could to no avail. This must be due to Sage sales management using dart boards to make decisions. If you look closely at the posted ""promotion"" for customers to convert to 100c through 3/31/2017, it stated that we would receive the $1,000 tier credit through end of day ""12/31/2017"". That was never corrected to my knowledge. I haven't pushed it - yet.

I'm so glad you said that. I would have gone on pushing it to get my tier numbers. Yes, you can hit tier in increments of $1000. :-D

Sage is similar to the IRS - it depends on who you ask as to what answer you get. Don't trust any of them.
