Is there any way to mask credit card numbers in Sage Exchange Vault? I called Sage Exchange support, and my technician said ""no"", but I am not convinced. Currently, if a user clicks Credit Cards and then edit card in customer maintenance, the full credit card number is visible.

If they have rights to edit the card, they have to be able to see the card. I believe you would need to restrict the rights to edit the card.

Nancy - Can users be set up to ADD credit cards, but not edit credit cards?

I had this question with them last summer, how to keep someone from being able to ""edit"" if I want them to just ADD,and the answer was NO. If you find out something different, let us know.

No. The checkbox in role maintenance is in Role Maint/Modules/AR/Access to add and edit credit cards. Nice enhancement request though.

We had an end user call Sage about this last year and put in a request for this but nothing on it yet.
