Is there any way to insert logos or other data fields in the cover email of an electronic form?

You mean other than the standard merge fields? I don't think so as the message is a standard text message, not HTML.

I tell ya. It's just down right embarrassing when a client shows you the attractive html email cover sheet for a supplier's invoice, and asks for something similar, and I have to point out the supplier's email says down at the bottom, ""Generated by QuickBooks."" Not to mention the fields on the cover email that we don't have - like invoice total, or salesperson, or tracking number. Geez!

Totally agree. However, KnowledgeSync is available and can send emails in HTML using any fields available in the table selected.

@BillPfahnl - Agree 100% but why should the end user have to shell out $3K plus to accomplish a simple HTML task. I personally like Alerts better also, a lot more flexible and powerful, but again, Sage should have something in HTML. Unfortunately, look how long it took to get a new improved pdf converter. @KathrynScofield reach out to Mike Ritchie and Deborah Nelson and light a fire under their feet. They are proactively looking for ideas (not sure why since the Idea web site has plenty) and see if they will offer some hope. If they do, let us know so we can followup also.
