    Is there any way to get pdf to work on a Windows7 64 bit machine in v4.30.0.12?

    Upgrade to service pack 18+. But I am guessing you already knew that would work

    Yes, I do know that. They have modifications and if that is the only option then I will tell them that. Thanks.

    I think it's the only way - I'd tinkered around with trying to get it to work other ways and sometimes it's successful and other times not.

    Thank you - I feel more confident now dealing with a frustrated IT guy who won't buy that there isn't a way. I know it isn't supported but thought maybe one of you smart guys had found a way around it!

    What happens if you install the LM4046 patch which is a required patch for WIN 7 64 OS. I just wrestled with this issue today on a 4.3.23 install. Nothing worked until I installed the patch, reran both wksetups and then changed the sage prd printer setting to a non nul port.

    Be careful with that. it is only supported after SU17

    Thank you all - I already turned it over to our development to see what we have to do to get them up on at least PU18.
