    Is there any way (short of Business Alerts or Knowledgesync) to have MAS send a paperless office invoice only when the register is updated as opposed to when invoices are printed? Business reason is that client is a large office where duties are segregated. Someone may print invoices. Then another person would check them and perform an update.

    The short answer is no. The longer answer involves knowing what the person who does the ""checking"" of the invoices is actually doing. Are they ""checking"" the printed invoices that the main person printed off? Who makes the corrections?

    Create a new form called ""update"" and set this to electronic delivery only (or similar setting). Instruct the person in charge of updating to use this form when updating. All others use a form that is set to print only.
