Is there any mechanism that allows users to track changes to WT templates? Much like the Inventory Audit report for IM changes? I've not found one, but thought I'd check. If not, what kind of options to build one might exist?

Wasn't there a post on this last week??? Maybe regarding a UDF being updated with a change???? I am sure someone could script something. Maybe @DanBurleson since he is in the neighborhood??

Yes Jeff, I posted last week regarding BOM and WT Templates. Since there was nothing available intrinsic to the software, I am inquiring if someone had an alternative solution - programmatic or script. I am skilled in neither...therefore, the second query. I will check with Dan...thanks for the suggestion.

you could set an alert to monitor those tables and send an alert when information on them change. The BOM is now business framework so it should track date and user last updated.

Will it ID what was changed or just that a change occurred?

possibly both. I think it has the ability to remember both. You will need a KS expert for details.

It can be set to identify the user.

If there were a change, wouldn't you use the W/T Template Revision number to track?
