Is there any documentation which clearly explains to a customer what the limitations (if any) are of their included SI license and why they might need to upgrade or purchase additional licenses? I'm guessing by now there has to be something

My client reply - maybe save someone else a few minutes dealing with this: I have some pricing information for Sage Intelligence. Each company that is active on a Sage maintenance plan has access to one Sage Intelligence Report Manager license. This allows for: Run pre-defined reports (with drill down) Edit and customize templates Create new reports Send reports to a file, publish to an intranet or send by email Sage have added a Report Designer which greatly simplifies the creation of reports using drag and drop as well as pre-defined layouts. In practice we see people purchasing either: Module by module Monthly subscription Sage pricing is offered in one of the above two ways: MODULE Sold separately the Report Designer is $1,060 and the Connector is $1,060 (plus respective Sage maintenance). SUBSCRIPTION $99/mo for access to 1-2 companies which includes unlimited Report Manager and Viewer licenses, Report Designer and Connector (consolidations). Sage will manage the installation and provide initial 30-minute overview for $395 As discussed, it would be xxx's responsibility to install, configure and convert any existing FRX though we would be happy to issue a new price proposal upon request.
