Is there an easy way to turn off auto display for ALL memo types within ALL modules?? I hate having to click through a dozen memos when trying to resolve things for customers. I know you can go into each module's memo manager and turn them off by type and by task but there has to be an easier way. Anyone??

Not really, but the Common Information Main Menu Memo Manager Maintenance allows you to select the module. Less hopping around menus.

I wonder if you could use VI.
