Is there an easy way to print every GL account on an FRx P&L? Row format has the natural account defined, and it's too much work and maintenance to list the full account. Ideally, I'd like to see a P&L that shows details of each department for natural account, then sub-totaled by Dept. The Report options allow me turn on sub-totals, but I don't see a way to print dept detail without defining the full account number in the row format. Am I missing something?

I'm thinking in the column definition - but this is a partial guess and someone will either confirm/deny.

Mark, In the catalog of reports you can select Detail Level - Account Only or Financial Report and Account. This will give you the information you are asking for.

Thanks @JonParkinson . I thought so too, but it does not print any differently than the Financial and Account format. I'm going to try this on another FRx install to see if I get similar results.

PL1 is what I'm getting and PL2 is what I want. PL2 is what I see when drilling into the 400 account from PL1. Perhaps SMI can handle it better?
