Is there a way to see how many users are in Sage 100 Advanced without logging in?

If you open Application Server Configuration, you can look at the Sessions tab. You will see multiple sessions per user but you can look at the machine names to see how many are actually logged in. At least I think this works.

And if that doesn't work, you can always just walk around. Or better yet send a global e-mail asking everyone to respond as to whether they're in or not. :))

Walking around - what we used to affectionately call ""hall time"".

Back in the 4.40 days I wrote a Crystal Report to run outside of MAS that would query the SY_Console file and let me know how many users that file thought were in the system. I seem to recall it worked pretty well at the time.

When you run *INFO - it shows the Total User licenses and User licenses available. I think there is a system record that contains this info.

But that would mean you have to be a session.

Here's a Crystal Report that should work. It works in 4.50.
