Is there a way to process a credit card ""credit"" in AR Cash Receipts entry when using SPS? Version 4.50.5

Can you ""pay"" a credit memo?

I think only if the original charge was through SPS. Is so then just make the CC deposit a neg amt.

I agree with Diane. If the orginial invoice was a CC transaction, then the credit memo can be processed. Othewise, must use the terminal session.

If the original invoice was processed via SPS and you apply the credit memo to that invoice it should automatically process the credit via SPS - at least that is what I was told when I had a customer complain because they did NOT want it to process that way...

Thanks for the feedback. The client said they will try it thru SO Invoice Data entry next time they have one and will try appling the credit memo to the original invoice. When they report back, I'll post the results.
