Is there a way to migrate deferred print jobs? (Customer defers big print jobs and probably doesn't want to lose the history.)

I'm not aware of a way. Of course they could just keep the old version accessible, or depending on the volume, print them to .pdf and store 'em on the network.

Agree with Brett - Print to PDF and show them where it is stored.
