Is there a way to change customer #s or item #s in bulk via a VI job or VB instead or typing each number in the change customer # screen? What M4T file is used for this process if any?

Zalmi, no you really need to use the item # change and cust # change utilities. BUT you can import your changes into those files and then update them.

For Customers use AR_DeleteChangeCustomers. For Items use IM_DeleteChangeItems

What version? Their have been some posts where VI doesn't work correctly. Not saying it doesn't now but it has been a PITA in the recent past.

This customer is on 4.5 (2012?) :)

I'd say try and see how it goes. If your list is very long it's worth trying before you just start manually entering the changes.
