After you create the Task through Sage, you can play with the Windows Task settings until you get something that works. We don't need to leave an open session where this is being done.

The biggest pain we experience is with the Printer and the silly log that prints automatically. It has to be an actual print object as the default for the Windows login used for authentication (and don't use Deferred... that can't ever get to Paperless).
@David Speck II wrote up a nice idea somewhere of using a print to text file printer to stop wasting paper.
