    Is there a way to automate customer statement electronic delivery? Customer using v2014 Advanced and wants to send statements every week automatically. I cannot see this available in task scheduler.

    Business Alerts/Knowledgesync would do it. If they really want customers to have up to date info, they should consider a Customer Portal. Website Pipeline has an interesting on.

    I have done this KS as well. Every Sunday night the salesman received a customer statement so they knew balances. Worked nicely.

    What's the latest recommended method/format for e-mailing A/R statements to customers via Sage Alerts?  Have most of you just created a custom Crystal report against the AR Open Invoice file?

    Hi @Brett Zimmerman  Yes, a custom Crystal Report.  For Statements you may need to also include AR History Header, due to the customers settings for keeping paid invoices.​

    I think we used created PTQ's in Access, consolidated the relevant data into a select query and then mapped a copy of the existing Sage statement template RPT to select query.  Sage Alerts then sent out the statement.  Many ways to get the ball across the goal line.

    Actually it appears the A/R Trans/Pay Hist file is also needed.
